Venues visited: Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, sea-front walk, Anton Chekhov’s Memorial House

Start with a short drive to Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Yalta’s central Russian Orthodox place of worship. The facade of the cathedral is remarkable for the mosaic of the ancient Russian Prince Alexander Nevsky, a famous Russian saint.

Then have a stroll along the sea-front to the Monument to A. Chekhov and one of his famous heroines – A Lady with a Lap Dog. Take an opportunity to take pictures against the monument.

Proceed to Anton Chekhov’s Memorial House, where the great Russian author wrote his best known short story “The Lady with a Lap Dog” together with the classic plays “he Cherry Orchard” and “The Three Sisters”. The exhibition features original furniture and the writer’s personal belongings.

I was at the show in Tucson. It was epic.I missed the opienng band, but I would like to point out that Maynard likes to use really random acts. Sometimes they're bands he likes. Sometimes they're just some local band he's never even heard of. Sometime's their from another country and speak only Japanese. I'm seen several shows and nothing seems to coincide. I've heard there were two shows on a previous tour that he paid homeless guys off the street to come in and make noise on their instruments.
