The main highlight of this tour is a visit  the spectacular  Sumela Monastery of Trabzon. The monastery looks as if it has been taken from heaven and pasted on the side of a mountain. No one has yet been able to answer the question of how man built such a huge monastery on the side of a mountain with the technology of the 6th century. From the bottom, the monastery looks as if it would be impossible to reach  the top where one may have an opportunity for some of the most gorgeous views anywhere. With eerie mists and forested background, Sumela is a truly magical sight. 14th-century additions gave it its final look, and today this ethereal structure is one of the most significant tourist attractionsin all of Turkey.

your descriptions of food are my fitvraoe, and make me really upset about the fact that i'm spending a year surrounded by iraqi food BUT am forced to eat in a chow hall.which is gross.
